This is a hybrid schedule role. Qualified candidates must reside in the Roseville MN area.    The SysOps Engineer I supports multi-site manufacturing operations and associated systems requiring collaboration across varying technical and business operations teams.  This role will ensure the smooth and reliable operations of manufacturing processes through effective automation and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role supports the organization’s Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and maximize the overall health, availability, security, reliability and performance of critical business systems.   The SysOps Engineer I leverages solid knowledge across a range of technologies including operating systems, integration systems, deployment systems, and cloud infrastructure.  This resource is comfortable working in automation frameworks to deploy software while also maintaining, troubleshooting and resolving systems issues and improving system performance.      The role typically works on both routine and more complex issues, often requiring design and development of solutions that rely on past experience, thorough understanding of the environment and ability to effectively utilize a wide range of technology tools/techniques. 

$1,000 sign on bonus payment for Maintenance Technician new hires!! - The $1,000 bonus payment will be paid on the payroll after the completion of 6 months of employment. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to set up and maintain machinery and the facility.   The ideal candidate will have experience with both facility maintenance and machine maintenance/set up. The Maintenance Technician will need problem solving and time management skills.   Base Rate -      $25.00 Shift Diff -           $2.50 Total R ate        $27.50
