The Software QA Engineer II supports the organization’s software development process by providing expert and highly complex programs and solutions for software quality assurance, including automated testing to ensure functional working solutions for development projects. The Software QA Engineer II partners extensively with developers, other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that company business software delivers all intended results. This work includes proactively building test plans and protocols for the largest business systems development projects in addition to managing complex testing processes to identify software defects, generate system metrics and create related quality reports. The role often manages large projects and handles the most complex challenges within the group. Work often requires a high level of problem solving skills that make use of significant past experience and knowledge of the company’s system environment and a wide range of development and testing tools/techniques. 

The Software Developer III plays a key role in the designing and implementation of systems that support the running of Prepaid card manufacturing operations. This role will demonstrate technical leadership of new and existing systems, working with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and architecting solutions that are efficient, secure and maintainable. This will require good written and verbal communication skills.   The Software Developer III leverages solid knowledge across a range of technologies, particularly .NET and SQL and employs strong software design skills, able to correctly apply design patterns to each scenario. This role should be able to support junior developers in their growth in team meetings or 1-to-1 tutoring.   This role must have a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset with a curiosity to understand new innovative and creative ways to solve problems. This role must support the organization’s Development Operations (DevOps) strategy to ensure quality software deployments using pipelines that automate the testing and security of code merges.
