Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is a growing priority for CPI Card Group, reflecting the increasing importance of sustainability to our customers, employees, investors, and Board of Directors. The ESG Specialist will provide critical support to the Director of ESG, contributing to the execution of ESG strategy, reporting processes, and sustainability initiatives.
This role involves collaborating across departments to collect and analyze ESG data, managing software systems such as Novisto and Persefoni, and driving the execution of impactful ESG programs. With exposure to all aspects of ESG, this position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with innovative tools and initiatives, building a foundation for growth into a strategic ESG professional.
