ASI - Pulls Runner

The purpose of the Pulls Runner will be to ensure that the production department ships all client pull requests daily. The Pulls Runner will be responsible to the Manufacturing Production Coordinator for gathering and shipping the daily client pull requests. They will work directly with the team members and Leads to ensure that product is ready at the shipping deadline. They will also assist internal customers on client priorities and ensure that issues are resolved in an expedited manner.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand the pull list and coordinate with team members to ensure pulls are completed each day on time.
• Work with the Manufacturing Production Coordinators to ensure that all priority orders are completed each day on time.
• Convert customer internal pull requests into ASI actions
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
• Ability to deliver results in high-stress situations.
• Adept organizational skills with ability to prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines.
• The proven capability to manage timelines and deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Motivated team player – enjoys working in a team environment.
• The desire to serve others with understanding, respect, and care.
• The aptitude to operate with simplicity, clarity and transparency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in an administrative or other support role
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Preferred: Manufacturing environment experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills to include; Outlook, Excel, & Word
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements: 

• Frequent Sitting, walking and extensive computer work.
