- Strong understanding of core business processes in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Billing), Distribution (Inventory, Order Management), and/or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Acumatica Report Designer, Generic Inquiries, Import/Export Scenarios, and workflow configuration.
- Familiarity with Acumatica Framework and basic customization concepts (C#/.NET exposure a plus but not required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex business processes into system requirements.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of leading discovery sessions and presenting solution options to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
- Acumatica Certified User or Developer certification preferred.

- The ERP SME Analyst operates with moderate autonomy in system configuration, report development, and day-to-day platform administration decisions.

- The ERP SME Analyst coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT, as well as external Systems Integrator consultants.
- The role directly impacts CPI's ERP consolidation program, spanning 25+ legacy systems being rationalized into a single Acumatica platform across multiple business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Systems Administrator.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Acumatica Cloud ERP, including configuration of Finance and/or Distribution modules.
- Demonstrated experience supporting at least one full-cycle ERP implementation or migration (requirements through go-live).
- Experience with data migration strategies, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and report development.
