This role will also oversee the Data & Analytics team—with a mandate to modernize the corporate technology ecosystem and implement a cloud-based data strategy and Corporate Solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional transformation by aligning technology solutions with business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency, and preparing the company for growth and diversification.

Responsibilities

Corporate Applications Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and support for corporate platforms including ERP, HCM, CRM, DATA and other core applications.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other business leaders to create a multi-year application roadmap that prioritizes business outcomes, user experience, and ROI.
  • Modernize legacy platforms and evaluate new solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Oversee successful selection, implementation, and integration of enterprise platforms aligned with company goals.

Data & Analytics Strategy

  • Build and scale a high-performing data and analytics team.
  • Develop and implement a future-ready cloud-based data lake and data architecture to support enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business units to define KPIs, self-service capabilities, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish robust data governance and quality practices.

Customer Experience & Customer Portal Strategy

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of CPI’s customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Build and launch a modernized Customer Portal that consolidates ordering, job status, production visibility, reporting, compliance documents, analytics, and support interactions.
  • Introduce B2B fintech and manufacturing best practices, including:
    • Self-service ordering and configuration
    • Real-time order and manufacturing visibility
    • Digital proofs, approvals, and workflow automation
    • Secure document exchange
    • Predictive reporting and insights
    • Case management & customer issue resolution
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to design a portal that simplifies customer engagement and reduces manual dependencies.
  • Work and align closely with the Engineering organization to integration existing platforms and solutions within Digital, and Manufacturing technologies.
  • Establish KPIs to measure digital adoption, customer satisfaction, portal utilization, and operational savings.
  • Drive continuous enhancement using UX research, customer feedback loops, and analytics to identify pain points and high-impact improvements.
  • Ensure security, compliance, resiliency, and best practices expected in fintech-grade customer platforms.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, including significant leadership of applications, data platforms, and program management.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional application portfolios (ERP, HCM, CRM, etc.) and implementing modern enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated experience building digital customer experiences and B2B portals, ideally within fintech, payments, logistics and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in building and executing enterprise data strategies, including cloud-based data lakes and analytics platforms.
  • Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-business unit environment with global operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM/CX platforms and modern B2B commerce/portal technologies.
