Production Assistant-Grave Shift

As a Production Associate, your goal will be to guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of products while making sure that machines are supplied with all the essential materials for the operators. You will need to prioritize and manage your work effectively to meet client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Review the Bullseye report and team updates to grasp daily priorities.
• Keep an eye on work-flow, address any bottlenecks, and ensure open communication to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
• Serve as a bridge between machine operators and management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse to guarantee the availability of materials.
• Recognize all material requirements to stock and supply machines for product production.

Pay: $18.50 hourly

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Physical Requirements:

• The working environment is a production facility with a focus of safety and teamwork
• The role requires standing, stooping, walking, bending, pulling, climbing and lifting materials up to 50lbs, as well as exposure to various machinery and materials.
