Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile application development and SDK (Software Development Kit) integration. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a technical team to integrate an SDK into a mobile application (iOS/Android), ensuring seamless functionality and smooth user experience. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processor integration: ensure processor integration can be accessed and utilized successfully. Determine any unique calls or data points that might be required for client workflow.
  • SDK Integration: Integrate CPI SDKs into mobile applications (iOS and Android). Ensure smooth interaction between the SDK and the existing application codebase.
  • Web Push Provisioning: work with customers to integrate to web push provisioning for both Apple (iOS) and Google (Android)
  • Product Management Collaboration: Partner as a Product Manager and other internal product managers to understand the product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specifications for SDK integration. Ensure that SDK integration aligns with overall product vision and priorities.
  • Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly work with customer to test SDK integration to ensure all features work as expected. Work with technical counterpart to debug and resolve any integration-related issues, including performance or stability issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s mobile development team, product managers, and external clients to understand the SDK's functionality and ensure proper integration into the app.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation regarding SDK integration processes, technical requirements, and troubleshooting steps for the development team.
  • Optimization: Monitor the app's performance post-integration and make recommendations for optimization based on the results. Ensure that the SDK integration does not impact the app's speed or performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to mobile app development and SDK integration. Propose improvements for future SDK integrations.
  • User Experience: Ensure the SDK integration does not affect the overall user experience, and make sure the SDK aligns with the app’s design and usability standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app development and integration (iOS/Android). Experience with integrating SDKs into mobile apps is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin/Java (Android).
  • Experience with SDK integration in mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party services integration.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and fix issues related to SDK integration.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of mobile app performance monitoring tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
